Tom Cruise isn't pressing charges against Aussie model/interior designer/reality star Jason Sullivan for accidentally trespassing on his property. Isn't that big of him?
TMZ says: "We're told Jason came home drunk last night, mistook Tom's property for Kevin's and began to enter the grounds. Tom's security told Jason to leave, but instead he tried scaling the privacy wall to get further into Tom's property. Jason began walking toward Tom's house and was warned he would be tased if he continued. When Jason kept walking, he was tased twice.
"Jason was arrested, cited for misdemeanor trespassing and released.
"Tom's lawyer, Bert Fields, tells TMZ, "Tom's not a vindictive guy," adding, "The guy was drunk. He didn't have a malicious intent."
The Australian reports: "Via his Aussie rep Sharon Finnigan, Sullivan - who is nursing several burns on his back as a result of the tasering - said: "The events of yesterday were unfortunate and it was an honest mistake."
I still reckon it was a bit rich to taser the poor bloke. I can't quite believe security guards are allowed to wander around with tasers in the US. That's scary.
Octomom in rehab
Nadya Suleman - better known as Octomom - has checked herself into rehab for a prescription drug problem.
TMZ says: "A rep for Octomom tells us ... Nadya admitted herself into the Chapman House Drug Rehabilitation Center in Southern California over the weekend after acknowledging she's become dependent on Xanax ... an anti-anxiety drug ... which she began taking to "deal with stress."
Suleman's rep tells us, "Nadya wanted to get off the Xanax she was prescribed by her doctor and learn to deal with her stress, exhaustion and anxiety with professional help with a team of doctors. Nadya wanted to deal with her issues and make sure she is the best mother she can be.”
As for the kids ... we're told Nadya is using 3 nannies and 2 friends to divvy up the child care duties. She also has a driver to take the kids to and from school.
We're told Nadya can afford to pay for treatment by herself -- because she's been making a ton of money from her porn career -- but the rehab facility offered to pick up the tab anyway.

Ronnie's stepson, Jamie told the Daily Mail in June: "She's a lovely girl and she's no groupie - I can assure you of that. She's a nice girl and we've known her for years. She's been a friend of dad's for a long time, but she always had a boyfriend, which I think held him back. But now the boyfriend's gone, they're free to be with each other."
"She's not his type, that's the unusual thing. Sally's definitely not one of the bimbos he usually goes for," Jamie added.
